Art Works for 'Deathclock'
Concepts by HAJIME TACHIBANA
Each 1000 Real Life Deathclock comes with a RFID tag and reader. When the user passes their tag in front to the reader, the artwork will respond.

The RFID system represents a miniature personal network, allowing the user of the 100 Real Life Deathclock to link with the software in a spontaneous way. The RFID tag, like the Deathclock program itself, is unique to each user.

Original sound, composed by Hajime Tachibana, is included in the 1st Edition SOPH. Version, and will sometimes play when the RFID tag passes near the reader.

*Radio frequency identification (RFID) is new discernment technology. These wireless AIDC systems allow for non-contact reading and are effective in manufacturing and other hostile environments where bar code labels could not survive. This little micro tip with antenna has possibility of changing idea of network.
